Responsibilities :

• Setupand Configuration : Efficiently set up configure andtest audio visual and lighting equipment according to eventrequirements on your own or withteam.
• Operation andMonitoring : Operate AV equipment during eventsensuring smooth functionality and troubleshooting any technicalissues that arisepromptly.
• QualityAssurance : Conduct thorough checks of AV equipmentbefore and during events to ensure optimal performance andaudiovisualquality.
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with event organizers clients and other teammembers to understand event requirements and provide appropriate AVsolutions.
• TechnicalSupport : Provide technical support and guidance toevent organizers and presenters on the effective use of AVequipment andtechnologies.
• Maintenance andRepair : Perform routine maintenance tasks on AVequipment and coordinate repairs as needed to ensure equipmentreliability andlongevity.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory setupconfigurations troubleshooting procedures and any other relevantdocumentation.
• Adaptability : Adapt quickly to changing event requirements and environmentsdemonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in deliveringeffective AV solutions.
• SafetyCompliance : Adhere to all safety protocols andregulations while handling AV equipment and working in event venuesto ensure the safety of oneself andothers.
